There is no limit to what we can discover about the world of wine
My aim is to remove the “intimidation factor” from wine. I remember vividly what it is like to walk into a wine store, pick up a bottle, read the label and not have a clue what to expect! At an instant, I would feel absolutely baffled and out of my comfort zone. Sometimes I would ask for help, sometimes there wasn’t any to ask for so I would just cross my fingers and hoped I liked it. At best I hit the mark 50% of the time, which is an expensive and poor batting average!
I want to remove these barriers and make wine easier to understand. All the while, igniting your curiosity and expanding your wine horizons. Starting with Introduction to Wine, it won’t take long to build your knowledge to the more specialized list of courses.
